Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, sales, holidays, or product restocks.
Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, global shipping disruptions, or other factors outside of our control. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing up to 14 business days for delivery during busy periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HE REBEL is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we’ll help look into it for you. Delivery delays can happen from time to time, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
